This remodel was in a newer home. The clients desired a kitchen that appeared more bright and spacious and reflected their personal style. The new kitchen has the illusion and function of a larger kitchen without significant structural changes. Its timeless design has a focal point of an expanded, eye-catching 12’ island.
The clients loved converting the closet into a much-desired wine bar. The challenge was keeping the existing structural walls. The framing was necessary to create the new “kitchen” extension inside the closet area. This conversion created additional counter space and additional drawers and cabinets.
