Our clients wanted a timeless bathroom that was not too trendy. They did not want something they would get bored within 10 years. They really liked the soaker tubs with the claw foot. To add on to this look, we needed to make sure we had a strong, cohesive design. We added a walk-in shower with a lot of Carrera marble.
We updated the majority of the main floor, focusing on the kitchen and living room. In the kitchen, we removed walls and created a new layout. The new “L” shaped kitchen with an island creates so much more usable space. Then we installed hardwoods throughout the main level.
The house was outdated and needed a new layout. With this project, we remodel the majority of the first floor with the main focus on the kitchen. We removed the kitchen/living room support beams and walls. We then rebuilt a Glue Laminated Beam with new posts. A walk-in pantry with a large island for entertaining was much needed for these clients
New hardwood floors in the main level made this stunning kitchen even more beautiful!
We used white subway tile with shaker style cabinets and Pental countertops. We added a coffee bar, wine bar, steam oven instead of a microwave, and a pot filler. New lighting complemented a huge skylight in the middle of the kitchen. We installed a custom beam to add light fixtures throughout the kitchen.
